About the role
An exciting opportunity has opened at Trustpair, and we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Intern/Apprentice to join our global Marketing team in September 2026.
Reporting to Agathe, Head of Global Marketing, and working closely with German, Growth Marketer, you’ll contribute to our growth across international markets, with a particular focus on the US and UK.
You’ll gain hands-on experience across outbound lead generation, inbound marketing, website optimization, and CRM management. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Marketing, SDR, and wider Revenue teams to generate qualified leads and continuously improve campaign performance.
This is a hybrid position based in Paris requiring 1 to 2 days in the office.
What you'll do:
Outbound lead generation
Build and manage targeted contact databases based on campaign needs
Enrich contact and company data
Write compelling, personalized messaging for outbound campaigns
Design, launch, and optimize outbound workflows
Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Use AI tools to improve campaign execution, personalization, and results
Inbound marketing
Support content distribution initiatives designed to generate qualified traffic and leads
Help develop lead-nurturing workflows through email marketing and CRM automation
Monitor the number and quality of leads, MQLs, and opportunities generated through inbound channels
Website and conversion optimization
Manage website content updates and ensure alignment with current campaigns
Implement basic SEO improvements to increase the visibility of key pages
Analyze user journeys and identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates
Support A/B testing initiatives across forms, landing pages, messaging, and calls to action
CRM management
Maintain data quality, segmentation, and campaign organization
Create marketing emails, newsletters, sequences, and tasks for the SDR team
Support lead-scoring, tracking, and reporting activities
Help ensure smooth collaboration and lead handover between Marketing and Sales

Must-Haves
You are fluent in both French and English
You have approximately six months of experience with outreach tools, lead generation, or outbound campaign setup
You have already worked with a CRM such as HubSpot and with data-enrichment tools
You have hands-on experience with WordPress, Elementor, or similar website and content-management tools
You have previous experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS, fintech, software, or relevant consulting environment
You possess strong copywriting skills and can adapt messaging to different audiences
You are comfortable analyzing campaign data and using metrics to guide decisions
You are creative, organized, and autonomous while enjoying close collaboration with others
You are curious about customers’ challenges and able to translate their needs into relevant marketing messages and campaigns
Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with Clay, lemlist, Make, or similar growth and automation tools
Basic knowledge of SEO
Experience with A/B testing or conversion-rate optimization
An interest in AI tools and their applications in marketing
Previous exposure to international marketing campaigns
