About the role
We are looking for a Freelance Sales Partnerships Associate to reinforce our Partnerships function within the Revenue team.
Your mission will be to support the full lifecycle of partner development at Trustpair, from market analysis and data management to go-to-market enablement, partner performance tracking, commissions, renewals, and event preparation.
The role is primarily focused on partnership operations and administration. You’ll work closely with our Head of Partnerships, Chloé Lemière, helping structure and scale our partner ecosystem and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Alongside this core operational scope, you’ll progressively contribute to partner-facing activities and help coordinate a small portfolio of partners.
This freelance position is based in Paris and offers a hybrid working environment of 1 to 2 days in the office.
Contract details: Freelance contract — scope, duration, availability expectations, and daily rate (€250–€400/day) to be discussed during the recruitment process.
What you'll do:
Market analysis and benchmarking
Conduct ongoing partner and market benchmarking across priority regions.
Identify potential new partners and contribute to their initial qualification.
Maintain an up-to-date partner landscape and mapping to support decision-making.
Data management and CRM
Maintain and update partner data in HubSpot and Notion.
Run regular data-quality checks to ensure information remains reliable.
Contribute to improving and automating partner dashboards and reporting tools.
Ensure data structures and partner segmentation follow internal guidelines.
Partner revenue operations
Prepare monthly deal-won reports and calculate partner commissions.
Coordinate commission invoicing with Finance and follow up with partners once amounts have been validated.
Verify invoice amounts for new deals and renewals and validate payments in Spendesk.
Track contract end dates and coordinate termination notices and renewal steps in line with established processes.
Communication and reporting
Produce monthly partner reports, including Excel reporting and email summaries.
Present partner performance and key highlights clearly for internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and leadership.
Support the creation of partner communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, and content updates.
Maintain internal visibility on partner performance through clear and regular updates.
Events and partner activation
Support the preparation of partner and industry events.
Coordinate partner outreach, meeting scheduling, and event-related logistics.
Manage post-event follow-up by consolidating data, gathering feedback, and helping define next steps.
Help activate Tier 3 and opportunistic partners.
Partner-facing support
Participate in partner conversations and help coordinate day-to-day interactions.
Support the management of a small portfolio of partners.
Conduct initial qualification of inbound partnership requests using established guidelines.
Contribute to approved co-marketing and co-selling initiatives.
Monitor partner-driven pipeline progression for smaller partners.

Must-Haves
1 to 2 years experience in Sales Operations, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Business Development, or a related commercial role.
A strong analytical mindset and confidence working with operational data.
Excellent attention to detail and rigor in execution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid Excel skills, including comfort with spreadsheets and commonly used formulas.
An interest in SaaS, FinTech, and partnership ecosystems.
Fluency in English and professional proficiency in French.
Confidence communicating with internal and external stakeholders in both English and French.
The ability to organize your work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Curiosity about AI technologies and an interest in using them to work more effectively.
A valid freelance status and legal authorization to work in France.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience using CRM tools, ideally HubSpot, as well as Notion.
Experience working with commercial or partner-performance KPIs.
Familiarity with commission calculations, invoicing, renewals, or contract tracking.
Previous experience communicating directly with external partners or clients.
Exposure to event coordination or partner activation initiatives.
