You will lead approximately 30 teammates. This hands-on strategic role calls for rigorous execution, data-driven decision-making, empathetic people leadership, and deep curiosity about fraud. You will help Trustpair’s human expertise scale alongside its digital and AI-based capabilities.
This position is based in Paris and is onsite.
Main Mission
Lead and scale Trustpair’s global Fraud Operations function while maintaining excellent service quality, security, processing speed, and cost efficiency.
Transform frontline fraud knowledge, proprietary data, and industry insight into stronger fraud-detection expertise and inputs for Trustpair’s ML and AI models.
Build a high-performing, transparent, and continuously improving team that strengthens both client trust and Trustpair’s product advantage.
What you'll do

Create a culture that combines high standards, subject-matter expertise, transparency, data awareness, psychological safety, and continuous improvement.
Own operational excellence, data, and automation
Define, validate, and communicate the Fraud Operations roadmap, ensuring that priorities and resources align with Trustpair’s company strategy.
Design scalable processes, documentation, controls, and quality-assurance practices that anticipate operational risks rather than reacting to them.
Use quantitative models and other analytics tools to monitor performance, identify root causes, and turn data into practical actions.
Deploy thoughtful automation and agentic AI use cases to improve quality, speed, scalability, and cost control.
Strengthen Trustpair’s fraud expertise
Build best-in-class vendor-payment-fraud expertise by combining Trustpair’s proprietary data, real-world cases, industry practices, and emerging AI capabilities.
Ensure that the techniques, patterns, and trends observed by frontline teams are structured, shared, and used across Trustpair to reinforce fraud-detection IP and product capabilities.
Act as a subject-matter expert in occasional high-stakes client situations, explaining fraud attempts clearly and helping clients implement corrective measures.
Lead external and cross-functional partnerships
Own the relationship with our BPO provider, including performance management, operating cadence, quality standards, contractual follow-up, and scalable capacity planning.
Partner closely with Customer Success and Care on client needs, Product on anti-fraud and evaluation operations, Engineering on team tooling, and Sales on strategic POCs.
Translate operational and fraud insights into clear recommendations for adjacent teams, contributing to both client acquisition and retention.
