About the role
To support the continuity of our pipeline generation, Trustpair is looking for an Interim Head of SDR for a part-time (3 days/week), fixed-term mission for 5 - 6 months starting this summer!
Your mission will be to maintain the performance of our SDR team, uphold high prospecting standards, and represent the SDR function across the global Revenue organization. You will play a key role in keeping the team focused, coached, and aligned, while ensuring strong execution and visibility across both EMEA and US revenue cadences.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong people leadership with hands-on sales rigor, and who knows how to drive consistency, quality, and momentum in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You will manage the day-to-day rhythm of the team, coach SDRs through regular feedback, and act as a quality gatekeeper on opportunity creation and qualification.
What you'll do:
Lead the weekly operational rhythm of the SDR team
Run weekly 1:1s with each SDR to review activity, coach performance, and unblock issues. Lead the weekly SDR team meeting to align on priorities, business updates, team news, and ongoing projects.Be the voice of the SDR team within Revenue
Represent the team in weekly revenue meetings across EMEA and the US. Share team updates, shoutouts, weekly commits, blockers, and performance signals with key stakeholders.Coach for excellence and consistency
Review call recordings regularly to ensure the Trustpair standard is maintained. Give actionable feedback that helps SDRs improve quickly on tone, objection handling, and discovery quality.Own deal quality control
Validate opportunities before they are opened in the CRM, ensuring qualification standards are met, criteria are respected, and opportunities fit our ICP.Monitor performance and escalate where needed
Track pending opportunities and challenge Sales leadership or Account Executives when follow-up or progression is lacking.Maintain team continuity during the interim period
Keep the team organized, motivated, and operating at a high level, ensuring strong prospecting discipline and reliable execution.

Must-Haves
Previous experience leading or mentoring SDRs, BDRs, or a sales development team
Strong experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation in a B2B SaaS environment
Solid understanding of qualification frameworks
Strong coaching skills, with the ability to give direct, practical, and motivating feedback
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High level of organization, structure, and follow-through
Ability to operate with autonomy and keep strong execution during a time-bound interim mission
Strong interest in leveraging AI tools to drive team efficiency and impact
