About the role
Trustpair is looking for a Product Ops Lead to join our Product team on a freelance basis, 3 days per week, for the next few months.
This is a high-leverage role for someone who knows how to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a growing Product organization. You’ll work closely with Product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen how the team operates, scales, and delivers impact. The role sits at the intersection of product operations, cross-functional execution, and AI-enabled ways of working. It is designed as a part-time freelance mission for the coming months, with the possibility of evolving later if the model proves effective and scalable.
This position is open to freelancers based in France. The current setup is part-time (3 days/week) for 4–6 months.
What you'll do:
Own and improve the operating cadence of the Product organization
Bring visibility, structure, and follow-through to priorities, goals, and progress
Strengthen Product rituals, planning, and team-wide coordination
Improve the quality and consistency of cross-functional collaboration
Help Product leadership prepare clear, high-value updates for key stakeholders
Structure and improve feedback loops from customer-facing and internal teams
Drive better operational hygiene across product processes and tools
Support the team in scaling smarter, more efficient ways of working
Identify and implement AI-enabled opportunities to improve product operations
Act as a trusted partner to Product leadership on execution, communication, and operating effectiveness

Must-Haves
5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or a similar product-facing role in B2B SaaS
Strong process and structure mindset
Ability to bring clarity, rhythm, and accountability to team operations
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to influence without direct authority and align multiple teams
Strong written communication and documentation skills
Comfort working with data, defining success metrics, and measuring impact
Tech-savvy approach and comfort working with tools such as Jira / Atlassian, Productboard, Notion, or equivalent
Pragmatic, hands-on approach: able to move things forward quickly and iteratively
Fluent English in a professional environment
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or fintech environment
Experience building or improving product team rituals, release processes, or feedback loops
Experience working closely with Support, CS, Sales, and Engineering
Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, experimentation, or process improvement
French language skills
