About the role
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our Product team and help elevate the end-to-end user experience at Trustpair to support enterprise clients manage fraud risk efficiently and drive differentiation in the market.
This is role involves broad ownership over design across the product. You’ll work in a product triad model (PM + Design + Engineering) across multiple squads, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to simplify a complex, data-rich B2B experience into something intuitive, fast, and trustworthy.
Location: Paris (hybrid — approx. 1 day/week in the office)
Compensation: €60–75k base (depending on experience)
What you'll do:
Design Craft & Execution
Design high-quality, intuitive interfaces that abstract complex business logic and data-heavy workflows.
Produce clear artefacts (flows, wireframes, UI, prototypes, specs) that enable strong engineering handoffs and smooth delivery.
Ensure design quality through build + QA, with sharp attention to detail.
Design Systems & Design Ops
Maintain and evolve our design system to scale with product growth (governance, consistency, adoption).
Improve the design tool stack and ways of working to help the triad move faster.
Use AI thoughtfully to streamline parts of the workflow (research support, iteration, documentation, etc.) while keeping strong design judgment at the core.
User Research & Actionable Insights
Partner with PMs to run user discovery: interviews, syntheses, and insight sharing.
Translate qualitative and quantitative inputs into learnings that go beyond “usability” and shape product decisions.
Collaboration & Communication
Bring customer problems to life through clear narratives and evidence-based storytelling.
Navigate “ideal state vs MVP/ship now” trade-offs constructively, balancing speed with user value.
Build strong partnerships with PMs and Engineers across squads.
Product Strategy & Thinking
Anticipate product needs and influence roadmaps using customer insights and market context.
Help the Product team bring “future state” thinking to life through clear visual storytelling that aligns stakeholders.
