About the role
Trustpair is searching for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role will work to align different teams and senior stakeholders on clear, impactful messaging regarding Trustpair's product and positioning.
Our PMM will serve as a strategic bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Executive leadership to shape how the company understands its market, positions its solutions, and brings products to market. You will own market intelligence and segmentation, define core audiences and narratives, and drive a unified company-wide messaging architecture. Partnering closely with go-to-market teams, you will orchestrate product launches, ensure alignment of all external-facing assets, and cultivate customer stories that fuel demand and credibility. Over time, you will also contribute to pricing and packaging strategy and help influence product roadmap decisions by bringing clear buyer insights and market perspectives.
What you'll do:
Strategy & market intelligence
- Analyse & segment market(s)
- Define ICPs & personas, feeding adapted narratives
- Support use cases / vertical prioritization
- Collect & synthesize regulatory & competitive intelligence
Positioning & company-wide narrative
- Design & align senior stakeholders around the company messaging architecture (customer pains, solutions, product value, verticals)
- Partner with our Sales Enablement function by providing foundational messaging that will be translated into field assets (decks, pitches, demos…) to activate Revenue generation
- Ensure strong alignment of external-facing assets (Website, Content, Sales, Partners) on company-wide narrative
- Support key PR initiatives (webinars, etc) & category leadership initiatives
GTM and launches
- Own feature tiers & cross-functional GTM plans
- Ensure coordination between contributing GTM teams (Product, CS, Sales, Marketing, Care, etc)
Customer advocacy
- Identify & prepare “stories that sell”
Pricing & packaging
- Develops packaging & pricing strategy with senior stakeholders (Medium term)
- Measure monetization impact of pricing strategy (Medium term)
Product influence & roadmap shaping
- Help Product team identify buyers needs & feature gaps to feed the Product roadmap (Medium term)

Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of professional experience, including a significant PMM experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Fluent in both French & English
- Able to diagnose complex challenges, frame opportunities, and drive clear, data-informed decisions
- You can translate product value into crisp, memorable narratives that resonate with diverse audiences
- You craft polished slides and written content; communicating with clarity, precision and persuasion across channels
- You're able to influence senior leaders, navigating competing priorities, and building trusted relationships
- Able to partner seamlessly with product, sales, and marketing teams to drive projects forward
- You can operate autonomously, manage multiple workstreams, and adapt quickly in fast-moving environments
- You bring empathy and deep customer understanding to product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market decisions
