You will have the autonomy to adapt your team's organization to meet goals and will be encouraged to propose improvements to our overall engineering processes. Your participation in key decision-making rituals will be essential.
- Champion of Quality and Productivity: You will uphold and enhance our commitment to software craftsmanship, with a strong focus on security and quality best practices. A key part of your role will be to foster developer productivity by proactively identifying and removing blockers.
