Trustpair raised 20 million euros to accelerate international growth, and equip finance leaders with the tools needed to tackle sophisticated fraud tactics such as AI, deepfakes, cyber attacks, and more.
About the role
Events are a main lead generation channel at Trustpair. As part of our Marketing Team, you will be responsible for positioning Trustpair as the leading fraud prevention platform at public events to ensure we reach our lead generation objectives.
Working with internal experts (product marketing manager, content manager, marketing designer) you will work on the event strategy at a global level (webinars, trade shows, in-house events, company gatherings) and be at the heart of our community (customers, clients, partners).
This position is open to candidates based in Paris, with a hybrid remote contract.
This position is open to candidates looking for a full time internship, or an apprenticeship (ideally following the rhythm of 3 days in the company/ 2 days in school).
Your role:
Organise events to engage our community
- Organize community events and animate our relationships with customers through private and prestigious events
- Co-organise monthly webinars with the Senior Content Manager to position Trustpair as an expert on its subject
- Organise co-marketing partner event campaigns: breakfasts, afterwork, speakerships, webinars
Enhance Trustpair‘s visibility and lead generation at trade shows
- Benchmark and position Trustpair at trade shows in France, in Europe and in the USA
- Take decisions on each exhibitor category we need to commit to for each event (booth speakers, advertisement)
- Organise and facilitate our presence at trade shows, being the main interlocutor with the trade show organizer, managing our booth, organizing animations, ordering goodies in time, and ensuring an internal communication on the trade show’s objectives

Must Have
- You hold (or are studying) a Master’s degree in Business/Event Management/Marketing or similar
- At least 1 significant experience in events management
- You have basic knowledge on how to organise an event (ideally digital and physical)
- You're fluent in French and English
- Naturally curious, you're a source of fresh ideas and amazing creativity
- You have strong organisational skills and are able to stick to deadlines whilst working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent soft skills with a strong ability to develop relationships within our ecosystem through networking, community etc
- You're business driven, with some experience in using tools to track the impact of events
- You pay exceptional attention to detail, and are passionate about delivering quality experiences
