Trustpair raised 20 million euros to accelerate international growth, and equip finance leaders with the tools needed to tackle sophisticated fraud tactics such as AI, deepfakes, cyber attacks, and more.
About the role
Events are a main lead generation channel at Trustpair. As a part of our Marketing team, our Events Manager will solely own all event organization and management. You’ll be responsible for positioning Trustpair as the best and leading third-party risk management platform at public events and to ensure we reach our lead generation and ROI objectives.
Working with your team (product marketing manager, content manager, marketing designer) you will be in charge of the event strategy at a global level (webinars, trade shows, in-house events, company gatherings). You'll connect with executives from large international companies (clients, partners etc) to ensure you're at the heart of our community and work on projects to support and boost this.
This position is open to partial remote for candidates based in Paris.
Your role:
Build Trustpair’s global community
- Organize community events and strengthen our relationships with customers through private and prestigious events in a variety of geographies
- Co-organise monthly webinars with the Senior Content Manager to position Trustpair as an expert in its domain
- Organise co-marketing partner event campaigns: breakfasts, afterwork events, speakerships, webinars etc (around 5 per year)
Enhance Trustpair‘s visibility and lead generation at trade shows
- Benchmark and position Trustpair at trade shows in France, in Europe and in the USA (25-30 per year)
- Take decisions on each exhibitor category we need to commit to for each event (booth speakers, advertisement)
- Organise and facilitate our presence at trade shows, being the main interlocutor with the trade show organizer, managing our booth, organizing animations, ordering goodies in time, and ensuring an internal communication on the trade show’s objectives

Salary range for this position: €45-50k

MUST HAVE
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in B2B events management, ideally within SaaS
- A track record in organizing successful trade shows, webinars and community building strategies
- You're able to create and deliver an events management strategy, sticking to deadlines and working in a fast paced environment
- You're business driven, with experience in using tools to track the impact of event campaign performance
- You pay exceptional attention to detail, and are passionate about delivering quality experiences
- Innately curious, you're a source of fresh ideas and amazing creativity
- Excellent soft skills with a strong ability to develop relationships within our ecosystem through networking, community etc
- You're fluent in French and English
