Due to Trustpair's continued growth, we are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to join our scaling Customer Team.
This is a brand new role, created to strengthen our existing Customer Team in project implementation and technical aptitude. As our clients become more mature, we are working on more technical projects with higher levels of complexity.
Our Implementation Project Manager will work with a variety of clients and users, as well as our internal teams (e.g. Pre-Sales, CSM, Product) on various projects. Integrated into our Customer Department, you'll report to Guillaume, our Head of Customer Success.
Your role:
- You'll take the lead on our clients' technical implementation projects (Kick-off, project management milestones, follow-up meetings, test and go-live)
- Become the technical point of contact for our clients when dealing with technical project implementation
- Ensure customer satisfaction at every step of their project deployment
- Partner and coordinate with our Customer Success Managers to support our entire client portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner
- Partner with our Product Managers to improve the existing integration we offer; implement an efficient feedback loop and pro-actively detect customer needs for new integrations
- Collaborate with various other teams, including Customer Care and Engineering to assist with technical escalations
- Ensure internal and external processes are well documented and updated

Must-Haves
- From 2-5 years of experience in a complex project implementation role
- Prior knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Treasury Management Systems, ERP's (SAP preferred) and Third Party Risk Management solutions
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of modern software platforms, especially APIs and SaaS
- Ability to coordinate all onboarding and implementations efficiently
- Fluency in English & French
- Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally and with clients
- A strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
