We're excited to welcome a true leader, who will drive the European commercial expansion of Trustpair. To that end, the Head of Sales will grow, coach and empower the team of Senior Account Executives and Presales Engineer, on the French and European Territory.
You will be key in delivering the sales strategy and making Trustpair an international leader on its market. You will have full ownership on sales performance on your territory.
You'll work closely with high-level stakeholders to ensure the highest commercial performance.
Co-design, Execute and Steer our new logo Strategy
Together with the VP Sales, you will design the AE strategy and plan to achieve growth targets.
You will pilot the collective and individual performance of the team, and monitor the key sales performance indicators and analytics on sales.
You will build on-going corrective actions plan as needed to reach the revenue targets.
You will contribute to the successful landing of the strategic deals (CAC40 companies in France, Corporate companies in Europe) by building strong relationships with C-level counterparts and partners.
Ownership of sales forecasting
You will manage the Sales pipeline and report an accurate Forecast by challenging the methodology used and the information reported by the Account Executives.
You will coach the AE team in managing their deals with method (MEDDIC) by challenging the sales strategy deployed.
You will manage risks associated with the Sales pipeline.
Sales Cycle management
You will design a sales cycle that maximize the success rate of deals.
You coordinate appropriate resources to deliver the sales cycle in the most efficient way.
You will create a performance-driven working culture within the Sales organization.
Together with the VP Sales and the TAM team, you will size and execute the staffing plan for the AE and Presales teams, to achieve the sales objectives.
You will develop the onboarding and training programs that enable all team members to achieve their potential and reach the revenue objectives. You will motivate them day after day.
You have strong experience in a SaaS BtoB sales environment, with a proven track record (minimum 5 years)
You master complex sales challenges (Responding to an RFP, analysing complex deals…), in a fast-paced environment
Your talent as a mobilizer andexcellent communicator (with C-level, as well as with your different stakeholders) will enable you to drive your team to reach objectives and propel overall sales performance
You're a true, charismatic leader, capable to manage and support senior sales teams
