Your role:
As a member of the Operations team, you will work with your colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction! Your missions will be:
- Collecting third party information to verify payment information and detect possible cases of fraud
- Evaluation of third party bank details via external sources
- Administrative tasks, including updating sheets, systems and files
- Possibility to participate in the team's continuous improvement projects (processes, tool tests, etc)
What we're looking for:
- You are in constant contact with customers and suppliers, and have excellent interpersonal skills and good elocution
- You are methodical, rigorous and detail-oriented
- You have a good command of spelling and are comfortable with computer tools
- You are able to adapt to working in fast paced start-up
- You speak English fluently & ideally have a good level of French
- You are available in our offices for the first one or two weeks of training

- You already have a first experience in an administrative role, or in data collection
