• Participate in the architectural thinking of an application in full scaling mode
• Challenge the product and improve the organization
• Propose, learn, change and make things happen
• Create the new frontend of our main application using latest Javascript tools
• Organize and promote best practices: kanban, code review, clean code, software craftsmanship etc

MUST HAVE

• At least 5 years of experience in Javascript development
• Solid experience with React and Typescript
• Working experience with a CSS framework, such as SCSS, Bootstrap or Tailwindcss
• Working experience with a test framework, preferably Jest (experience of react-testing-library is a must)
• Ability to learn advanced frontend concepts and techniques in a fast paced environment
• Fluent in English
• Ability to communicate well with technical & non-technical stakeholders within the company

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Next.js and micro-frontend architecture will be a plus 
• Experience with Design Systems
• Experience in an environment where security is important; sensitivity to good security practices
• Experience on working on a rapidly growing product; knowledge of architectural models of large scale web applications
• Experience in mentoring and leadership of junior and experienced people for good practices of software craftsmanship

• Call with Stepan,  Engineering Manager (1h)
• Technical test (should take around 1 or 2 hours of work on a 1 week timeframe)
• Test restitution and Coffee fit with two members of Trustpair (1h30)
