Your role:

As a member of the Operations team, you will work with your colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction! Your missions will be:

• Contacting suppliers in France and abroad by phone and e-mail in order to verify their payment information and detect possible cases of fraud
• Manage incoming calls and emails
• Participate in the team's continuous improvement projects (processes, tool tests, etc)

What we're looking for:

• You are in constant contact with customers and suppliers, and have excellent interpersonal skills and good elocution.
• You are methodical, rigorous and detail-oriented
• You have a good command of spelling and are comfortable with computer tools
• You are available in our offices for the first two weeks of training
• You speak English and Dutch/ German fluently

Bonus

• You already have a first experience in customer support, telesales or prospection
